Easter 2009

Here are the Hyacinth my mom got for my grandma for easter. These are my fav flower, if you ever get to smell one you will be in heaven.

We hope you all had a wonderful Easter. We enjoyed ourselves and were a little tired from the 6 services we did for the strength team, but we survived.

Lately

Well we have been so busy, so we haven't been on here in a while. We are doing our small group and we were asked to do a childrens service. Jesse and I are doing the 3-4year old class. There is a curriculum to follow and so you have to prepare all of your things in advance. We have to observe 2 Sundays before we can teach and we have completed one.
We are friends with the youth group leaders, Josh and trissa. They are our age and they asked us to help with youth group. We are excited because for kids to open up, they need someone close to their age. We are so excited to be involved as we are. Our church has trusted us with people's walk with God and we feel so honored. We have such a desire to draw nearer to God because we have a responsibility and we feel we should live like God.
Our church is having the Strength Team here for Easter, Thur-Sun. Jesse will be on stage showing them how buff he is. Just kidding!!! He will be up there moving bricks and other things they will destroy. I will be selling their merchandise and I have a meeting today to learn the paperwork and atm machine. I will be overseeing 3-4 girls and making sure all is going well.

In Memory

Well, on April 1st we put Charley down. I haven't really liked to talk about it so it took me a while to put it on here. This thing as been really hard for me and Jesse even shed a tear. Charley has just had a lot of nipping issues and now with the bite incident (we had to file a report by law) no one wants to take him. The thing is if he nips his master, then there is a problem. We have a friend who is a breeder and she was like your dog has issues. So for those of you trying to break this to your kids, Charley is in Disneyland!
